Inventory Support top
For more than 12 years, GRA has provided inventory support for several Government organizations within the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM) and the Aviation & Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC). GRA's ASTS system has been demonstrated in actual use to greatly simplify the process of Government property management by automating much of the process in a manner that meshes seamlessly with the Government regulatory structure and standard practice.
GRA has corrected and automated the property books of a number of organizations, resulting in greatly-improved record keeping and dramatic cost savings for the Government. This has been accomplished by a skilled and experienced team of inventory specialists. GRA specializes in preparing hand receipts for inspections and audits by reconciling the equipment listed to a hand receipt with the actual items on hand.
GRA can provide various levels of inventory support, inlcuding turn key inventory services. GRA's staff is dedicated to ensuring an accurate inventory baseline for the property accounts we support. From warehouse cleanup to the turn in of excess equipment, GRA has the expertise ans skills to get the job done.
ASTS Software Training top
GRA offers on-site and off-site training on the ASTS system. GRA offers the training at our Huntsville, AL facility or we can travel to your site. GRA offers training on a per hour basis. All off-site (outside Huntsville, AL area) training sessions require a minimum of 8 hours. The training is very flexible and can accomodate several attendees. GRA suggests at least 4 hours of training when purchasing the ASTS system.
ASTS Software Implementation top
GRA offers ASTS software implementation services. GRA can work with you to convert existing databases and inventory systems. GRA can provide server installation of the ASTS software to ensure the best configuration for your organization. GRA can install all client machines with the required barcode scanner utilities and pull each hand receipt from DPAS during the setup. GRA can also provide recommendations on property procedures during implementation.
Barcode Printing top
GRA offers pre-printed or customized barcodes on a .75" X 1.75" synthetic durable, labels. GRA can ensure the barcodes are unique within your organization, taking the headache out of barcoding Durable and Expendable property.
