ASTS Software

The ASTS software is a web-based application that connects to a robust Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database. The ASTS software has an established interface with the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). This interface allows users to reconcile with DPAS to ensure accurate property transactions such as additions, corrections, turn ins, lateral transfers etc.. The ASTS software is very easy to use and automates most property transactions. With the click of a button, the user can easly print required forms complete with information. The integrated barocde scanners allow the user to easily scan items for an inventory and update the ASTS database. Includes 5 Named User Licenses and ASTS3 Annual Maintenance Subscription. Does not include on-site installation and training. Standard Edition may be scaled to up to 25 Named User Licenses at an additional cost per license.	Includes 15 Named User Licenses and ASTS3 Annual Maintenance Subscription. Does not include on-site installation and training. Standard Edition may be scaled to up to 100 Named User Licenses at an additional cost per license.	Includes 100 Named User Licenses and ASTS3 Annual Maintenance Subscription. Does not include on-site installation and training. Standard Edition may be scaled to up to an unlimited number of Named User Licenses at an additional cost per license.

The ASTS3 software is a Perpetual, Named User License. The Perpetual License entitles the customer to own a license to the ASTS3 software for the entire life of the product. The license is required for a customer to maintain the ASTS3 Annual Maintenance Subsciption (which includes new versions of the software, updates, service packs and unlimited telephone/email technical support). In the Named User License model, the licenses track the total number of users in the ASTS3 database. For example, a 50 Named User License allows 50 users to use ASTS3, all of them concurrently, if required.

Throughout this site, GRA is using the application of ASTS at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama as an example, but we have applied ASTS elsewhere and can tailor it to other places to accommodate local procedures, practices and forms. Product specifications and availability subject to change without notice.
