ASTS Technical Support

One of the most important components of the ASTS system is the "personal" technical support that is provided by GRA. Initially, the customer may use a member of the GRA support staff to provide them with on-site training and implementation assistance. Outside of this on-site training, support is primarily handled over the telephone or via email. The ASTS3 Annual Maintenance Subscription provides users with unlimited technical support. ASTS Techncial Support can also be purchased by the hour.
