"I am delighted to have ASTS as our primary data source for maintaining over 40 thousand records on 21 Hand-Receipts (HR). Our organization performs many lateral transfers between HR. This process is simplified with the use of ASTS as the primary data source. Records are transferred without lost of data or archived information making it ideal for keeping historical data from cradle to grave.
Annual inventories are conducted using the Inventory link. In ASTS we established a 10% monthly inventory requirement. Using ASTS we generate a random set of items to be inventoried each month. This tool assures items are counted at least once in a 10 month period.
Use of barcodes is essential for accountability of records. ASTS allows us to use the MAT Scanner to conduct inventories using the ASTS Inventory program. Inventory information can be transferred from scanner to ASTS using the “Upload from Scanner” control button. This operation cuts time required for data entry and makes accurate inputs into ASTS.
The GRA customer service is always available to provide solutions to questions and issues I may have usually within a 24hrs period. It is great to know that they have my interest at hand."
